Directly below the Great Hall rests the Kitchens, hundreds of house elves work in this kitchen to make wonderful food for each resident of the school. There is a hallway leading to the kitchens filled with pictures of food and the entrance is through a portrait of a fruit bowl.

| Dungeon Rooms and Corridors
Along a shady corridor deep below the castle are many dungeon rooms, some filled with old armour or weapons and other devices used for torture or holding people against their will.

| Slytherin CommonRoom
Decorated in silver and green, the Slytherin common room rests behind a damp wall in the dungeons. Slytherin students are welcomed here at all times when not in class.

| Slytherin Boys Dormitory
Down a hallway behind a portrait within the Slytherin common room is a hallway within which there are nine rooms, one for each year and one each for head boy and prefect.

| Slytherin Girls Dormitory
Behind a portrait at the opposite end of the Slytherin common room is another hallway with nine rooms, one for each year, one for prefect and one for head boy.

| Potions Classroom
Lab type tables are distributed throughout the room with spaces for cauldrons to be put during lessons. Professor Snape's office is through a door at the back of the room and his storage room is through a doorway in his office.

| Ground Floor |
| Entrance Hall
A large open hallway and corridor that one can find many of the rooms on the ground floor on. There is a large oak doorway which serves as the main entrance to the castle.

| Great Hall
A huge hall with four tables in the room, each designated for a specific house to eat at. At the back of the room there is an elevated platform with a head table at which all of the teachers sit at.

| Staff Room
A large room off the Entrance Hall, passworded of course due to the fact that only teachers are allowed to enter.

| Empty Chamber
An empty chamber on one side of the Great Hall with doors to the Great Hall and the Entrance Hall. This is where first years wait before they're sorted. It is otherwise unused.

| Broom Closet
Beyond the entrance to the Great Hall there is a smaller door along the corridor before one would reach the staircases to other floors.

| First Floor |
| Duelling Hall
A large hall with stands on either side of the room and a large elevated stage in the center. This is the Duelling Hall, mostly used for the Duelling Club.

| Hospital Wing
There is a large room filled with twelve beds used for injured patients of Madam Pomfrey.

| Muggle Studies Classroom
A large classroom with desks and books used to study the behaviour and customs of muggles all around the world.

| Second Floor |
| Abandoned Boys Bathroom
An abandoned boys toiletry that is no longer used at all, a couple of the toilets are broken and sometimes leak.

| Moaning Myrtle's Girls Bathroom
Moaning Myrtle resides within this girls bathroom which is never used due to her present.

| Ravenclaw Common Room
Bronze and blue adorn the walls and furniture of the Ravenclaw's common room, of which the entrance lies behind a strange statue on the second floor.

| Ravenclaw Boys Dormitory
A staircase leading downwards with nine doors along the way plays host to the Ravenclaw boys who reside at Hogwarts.

| Ravenclaw Girls Dormitory
A staircase leading upwards with nine doors along the way is where Hogwarts' Ravenclaw girls sleep.

| Third Floor |
| Trophy Room
A smaller room with shelves on every wall within aside from a four foot space on the back wall where there is a window looking out over the courtyard of the school.

| Armour Gallery
A room filled with ancient and modern battle armour that wizards had used in early battles of the century. Some believed the armour contained powerful luck charms or healing powers to keep them safe and even better, alive.

| Third Floor Corridor
A corridor leading to all parts of the third floor, a section of the corridor was at one point restricted because it lead to a room with a three headed dog and a trapdoor.

| Arithmacy Classroom
A fair sized classroom with desks and books filled with numbers and equations at the side. There is a blackboard along the back wall behind the teacher's desk.

| Charms Classroom
A larger room half filled with desks and a large teacher's desk and the other half open for lessons that require more movement.

| Fourth Floor |
| Library
A huge circlular room which extends two extra stories with every wall covered in shelves filled with books makes the Hogwarts School library.

| Transfiguration Classroom
A large classroom much like the Charms classroom, one half of the room is filled with desks and study material whilst the other half of the room is more open for larger spellwork.

| Hufflepuff Common Room
Yellow and black everywhere, the Hufflepuff common room can be reached through a trapdoor in the floor of the fourth floor corridor near a portrait of an old wizard dressed in purple.

| Hufflepuff Boys Dormitory
Down a swirling staircase are the doors to nine rooms that house the Hufflepuff boys whom reside in Hogwarts.

| Hufflepuff Girls Dormitory
Another swirling staircase opposite the one leading to the boys rooms, there is another swirling downward staircase with nine rooms along the way in which reside Hufflepuff girls.

| Fifth Floor |
| Prefects Bathroom
A large bathroom with a pool like bath, a hundred taps constantly pouring into it, a selection of bubblebaths and a couple levetries.

| Prefects Commons
A large luxurious room filled with comfy armchairs and there are also some books and other interesting items on shelves around the outside of the circular room.

| Head Students Common
A place for the head girl and head boy to hang out or discuss important matters of the school. There are luxurious comfortable armchairs and couches, a large fireplace and two desks on either sides of the circular room.

| Filch's Office
A small office with a desk full of drawers in which confiscated items are kept. There's also a large filing cabinet, within are kept records of rule breaking at Hogwarts. There is an entire drawer for the Weasley twins.

| History of Magic Classroom
A classroom with a blackboard at the back of the room through which Professor Binns enters when teaching the history class.

| Sixth Floor |
| Boys Bathroom
The boys toiletry, sadly, it is the only one in use within the castle.

The girls levetry contains about six sinks and eight toilets. There's a large burgundy couch right around the corner from the door.

There are desks in a circular formation with a large black table in the center.

| Defense Against the Dark Arts Classroom
Like the Charms and Transfiguration classrooms, the Defense Against the Dark Arts classroom is half filled with desks and a blackboard on the wall, while the other half of it is open for lessons that require more space.

| Seventh Floor |
| Room of Requirement
A special piece of wall along the seventh floor corridor in which appears a door to a room filled with whatever the user is in dire need of at the moment.

The corridor is used to travel from one place to another within the seventh floor.

| Gryffindor Common Room
Red and gold colors adorn the beautiful furntire and walls in the common room used by Gryffindors. The entrance is through the portrait of the flat lady.

A spiral staircase leading upwards to a tower where there are nine rooms to house the boys.

A spiral staircase that leads upward to nine doors along the stairwell, each of them designated for a year of Gryffindor girls, and one for prefects and one for head girl.

| The Owlery
The top of the west tower is the owlery, where school owls are kept and students owls are kept there aswell if the student chooses.

Atop the castle rooms are the rooftops where one can view the majestic stars.

Up a ladder through a trapdoor in the ceiling is the Divination classroom and Professor Trelawney's office.

| Astronomy Tower
The tallest of the towers, the astronomy classroom is an open balcony atop the tower in which students are taught astronomy.

| Lake
A beautiful lake south of the castle is home to many dangerous and interesting creatures.

| Gardens
Beautiful gardens filled with flowers and trees and other beautiful plants, but also filled with thorns and dangerous plants.

| Courtyard
A courtyard with a few pretty plants, some trees and a couple benches for people to rest or study. There's a fountain in the center of it.

| Forbidden Forest
A dark and dangerous forest within lies dark and dangerous creatures and other dangers.

| Whomping Willow
A huge tree in the middle of the school grounds, the tree looks nearly dead, but is very much alive and will thrash at anyone who comes near.

| Shaded Glen
A small secluded glen in the far corner of the grounds near the forest.

| Gamekeeper's Hut
On the edge of the school grounds near the north side of the forbidden forest is a hut where the gamekeeper of the school grounds lives.

An open field with three gold hoops at each end high up in the air and bleachers surrounding the field.

A shed used for keeping school and students brooms in while not being used.

At the north end of the field there are locker rooms, separate, one for male, one for female.
